:) It was a wonderful experience, however the soot and smoke from all the fireworks managed to land on everyone around! Next time we may sit a bit firther back for the view :)
Hey there! I nominated you and your lovely blog for the Versatile Blogger award. Check it out here... http://sugarplumsandlollipops.blogspot.com/2012/07/i-was-nominated-for-versatile-blogger.html
I found you through the 99% hop and have liked your FB page and am now following through GFC. I was raised an army brat so I can understand a bit about your life. I read your Wordless Wed. (you look great, by the way!) and your post about being a SAHM. I was raising two kids in diapers (18 months apart) and both had colic in their 1st year while living in a foreign country. Very lonely days and difficult times. I'm still living in that country of South Africa with my husband and kids. I think I'm making more friends through blogging than I have here. Check out my Wordless Wed. to see what I did on the 4th of of July in S.A. at http://abooksandmore.blogspot.com/2012/07/wordless-wednesday-3.html
What a great place to spend the 4th! We love watching A Capital 4th on PBS every Independence Day.
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up with Wayback Wednesdays! Now following, Cathy
