We want to get everyone
forming good habits in exercise & nutrition! I have found the
biggest thing we need is accountability and I have no doubt this
Challenge group will help everyone with that. The group will help with
menu planning & portion control, & most of all give motivation
& hold everyone accountable! We share recipes, struggles,
accomplishments, tips, & support! What makes this group different
from others is first off we have the "WHOLE" package, FITNESS +
NUTRITION + SUPPORT = SUCCESS, second we have you set goals & help
you reach them (helping you tweak what you are doing to reach those
goals...one size does not fit all), third we offer prizes that you work
towards that give that added incentive to push, & fourth we really
do care... We WANT & NEED you to reach your goals!
You do everything at home, on your time and your
schedule. No in person meetings or group workouts…Group interaction is
all done on Facebook (in a private group), so you can post along with
the team each day. The Challenge Group begins just started today. For
the challenge you have to commit to working out at least 5 days a week
& checking in everyday. We award points for lots of different
things: checking in daily = 1 point, working out =1 point, replacing a
meal or snack with Shakeology = 1 point ect. There are prizes you earn
from those points, when you reach a certain number of points you get
that level prize & continue to work towards the next level, & so
on. Everyone that reaches the top tier of points & earned all the
prizes will get their name in a drawing for a workout package at the end
of the challenge. Again we will be there to help you with the
motivation, accountability, & the support! (This month one of my
challengers was struggling & I have been in phone contact with her
for 2+ hours....I want you to reach success...failure is not an option)
Beware we will be there pushing, motivating, & holding you
accountable!
Here is what the challenge is! Its Pretty simple!
FITNESS + NUTRITION + SUPPORT = SUCCESS
The
commitment is 30 days of a Beachbody workout program, Shakeology
(meal/snack replacement, Protein, vitamin, antioxidant, pre & pro
biotic, & energy drink, this is not only going to help you on the
outside by helping you lose weight but help you on the inside by getting
you healthy!) and the Challenge Group accountability page. You commit
to the Beachbody workout program of your choice, Replace one meal or
snack with Shakeology everyday, and a Challenge group spot for
accountability and support! We all work together and help each other
WIN!! The people in my current challenge group are really rocking it
& having excellent results. One of my challengers started out in the
mid 200's & by the end of the month she weighed in at 199, she said
she couldn't remember the last time she saw that number on the scale!
Another one lost 20 lbs & 8 inches, & more importantly brought
her sugar levels down from between 500-600 down to 180- 200, (she is a
diabetic). This month one of the gals lost 6 lbs in the first week!
These results were all obtained in one of my 30 day challenges &
are really exciting for me as I got to be a part of it and watch it
happen!
The Initial Investment varies depending on what challenge
pack you choose. The challenge pack comes with the workout program of
your choice, a 30 day deluxe Beachbody club membership, &
Shakeology. It is less expensive to buy the challenge packs as they are
discounted from buying the products alone & you also save over $10
by getting FREE shipping.
For the first time ever challenge packs are on
sale Slim in 6 & Hip Hop Abs packs are normally $160 & are now
$140 & P90X & P90X 2 are normally $205 & are on sale for
$180!! (These prices include shipping!)

ReplyDeleteMy biggest issue is eating out! I have been looking on Pintrest and making healthy meals.
ReplyDeleteMy biggest problem is my schedule, I plan to overcome it by adding some time in to workout.
ReplyDeleteMy biggest problem is being lazy. My plan is to just not let myself be lazy until after I have put in a good workout
ReplyDeleteMy biggest problem is sticking with it. I do good for a few weeks and then something happens and I tend to slip away and never end up going back. I just received my Insanity Challenge pack and I begin May 20th (we are in the process of moving so giving myself time to get it all out of the way and unpacked first) and then I plan on doing it til the end!
ReplyDeleteWhat is your biggest challenge with getting in shape? How will you overcome it?
ReplyDeleteStill battling this challenge!! Staying motivated! I feel like I'm constantly starting over since I seem to run out of energy long before the "to-do" list becomes an "already done" list!
It's hard for me to find motivation to even desire to want to work out. Even when I hate the way I look in the mirror and my clothes are getting tight, I have soo many other things I need to do and would rather be doing than working out
ReplyDeleteMy biggest issue is eating out. I have been trying tomake healthier choices lately when we eat out as well as cooking at home more often.

ReplyDeleteMy biggest challenge is staying motivated and not getting bored with workouts. I will do it by switching up my routine before it gets stale.
ReplyDeleteMy biggest issue is I have a rare brain disease that makes it hard to exercise. I will fight through the pain to be the healthiest I can be.
ReplyDeleteMy biggest issue is eating healthy. I love burgers and rockstar too much.
ReplyDeleteMy biggest challenge is the food. I can cut portions easy. It's changing the types of foods that I struggle with. I hate salad and tomatoes and things like that so it's hard.
ReplyDeleteI know so many people who have had great success with this challenge! A couple of the ladies in our Slim by the Summer group are Beachbody coaches! it's awesome to get their support.
ReplyDeleteWe have our favorite fitness quotes on our blogs today! you should come over and see!

ReplyDeleteMy biggest challenge getting in shape - I am a new mom as well as have PCOS. How I am dealing with it. I have changed my diet completely and am 2 weeks away from actually finishing P90X - I haven't seen hardly the results I was hoping for so would LOVE this weeks worth of samples before I make the plunge and spend the $$$ to buy it on a monthly basis... I love the workouts and can tell I'm at least getting stronger - here's to health and happiness! :)
